The Zero-G Corporation out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida has been in the news lately.  Several articles have been written about the company’s first product offering of commercial, Weightless Flights aboard a specially modified Boeing 727-200 aircraft.  Below are two articles from Space.com.

What we want you to know:

Zero-G Room, LLC is excited about Zero-G Corporation's recent news.  Any activity that brings attention and excitement to the space program is good.  Although the experience the Zero-G Corporation is offering is significantly different from ours the excitement it brings to the space industry is good for our business as well.  

The differences:

A seat on the Zero-G Corporation's flight will cost you about $2,950.00 (US) and will give you approximately 20 parabolas each providing about 30 seconds of weightlessness.  This equates to about 10 minutes of weightlessness at $295 per minute.  This is a once in a lifetime experience.  Something you can not experience on the ground.  We hope everyone has the opportunity to take a ride on G-Force One.

You can purchase a ticket for The Zero-G Room for $35.00 (for 2-minutes of chamber time) or you can buy an hours worth of time for about $600.00 (US).  If you were to spend the same $2,950.00 in The Zero-G Room you would receive 5 hours of chamber time.  A student who has trained in The Zero-G Room for nearly 5 hours will have developed some amazing skills.  You will be able to do things that will blow your mind.  You will want to come back again and again.  This is more than a once in a lifetime experience.  Paraphrasing the Terminator, "You'll be back".
